Day 60 (Sat., August 6)

Before anything, I want to wish three cool people a very happy b-day. My cousin Danny, you are my brother. Carnal, te deseo un día tan chido como los que tuvimos cuando estábamos chavos. Tenemos que chingarle para poder ser chingónes. Hasta llegar a la meta. Feliz cumpleaños mi chingón.

Also today I want to wish a happy b-day on two good friends: Walter De Leon and Nevin Barich. Happy b-days guys.

Hanging out at the Taylors was fun. We all had fun sharing stories and learning about each other. It was fun until I was put on the spot. Betty had me autograph (below) one of the many copies of their 40th anniversary newspaper story that ran a few weeks back. It's awesome to have connected w/ the Taylors the way I did. They came at the perfect time, when I was feeling homesick. They have been a family to me and they've even mentioned that I am "the son (they) never had". That's quite at honor.
