Have I mention that I love working under pressure? Well today
was one of those days. I had two assignments that happened nearly
at the same time. First, I covered a soccer game (above) featuring
veteran all-stars from all over the world. However, because
of a second assignment later this evening, I was only limited
to shooting the soccer game for 30 minutes. However I shot these
two soccer photos that will run in tomorrow's newspaper. The
other assignment, a Latino play entitled "La Lupe, My Life,
My Destiny" (below), was also pressed for time. Because
of technical difficulties the soccer photos I filed from the
stadium did not reach the network at the office, so I was limited
to shooting the play for 10 minutes before heading to the office
to turn in the soccer photos. Today was a day of running around.
So, this internship is also keeping me in shape.
