Dallas, Texas Journal:
Al Dia Internship

Day 74 (Weds., Aug. 11)

Today was really awesome. I got a chance to shoot the Ranger game vs. the visiting Yankees. That was really fun. It was nice being on the field with great ball players like Jeter (above) and A-Rod (below). I can't believe that I have been getting so many great opportunities to do such assignments. I had a great chance today. I came back with those photos. However, the game was sort of dull and there action wasn't very dramatic, so it didn't make for great action photos. I did come back with the photo below. I guess that sums up how boring today's game was. Still, I had a great time and today was the last assignment Salvador and I will be doing together as co-interns of Al Dia. He takes off to Northridge next week. So, I'll be left here by myself. By the way, I don't think I have disclosed much about it on the journal, just because it hasn't really happened. But, I made plans to stay in Dallas for the fall semester. I believe that I have learned a lot while doing this internship, but I think that I still need a lot more to learn and Bobby Sanchez told me he wants me to learn it all. So, I will be staying until early next year. I'll be going back sometime before the start of the spring semester starts in February. That's very exciting news. I have been getting all kinds of chances and I am not ready to stop learning.
