Day 82 (Thurs., Aug. 19)

That's my new camera. Well, not just yet. But, tomorrow morning I will be purchasing one of these beautiful toys. I will finally have a good quality camera that takes good sports photos. Don't get me wrong, my two other cameras (which are still at the doctor's since they both decided to die on me this summer) are pretty good. I've learned to use them to their full potential and I have made quality photos out of them. However, with this new toy, I will be making better quality photos than with the other cameras and I can't help but be excited.

Anyways, today was kinda fun. I was forced into a little inter-department competition. Today, Dallas woke up to rain, so it was natural that the photo department's job was to find good weather photos. So, when I got to the office Sharon said we would play a little competition and see who got a better weather photo. Here are the photos.

The first one is Sharon's and as you can tell she won the little contest we had. I went with a little more abstract while she went for the emotions approach.
